First I want to say that I am in Pennsylvania and had to handle this transaction over the phone. The car repaired was my daughters. She has no knowledge of car repairs and I was worried about her being taken advantage of. I contacted KLM because of the good reviews they had online. My daughter had taken the car to Pep Boys first and when she told me they gave her a $3500 repair estimate, I told her to get the car out of there. I have over 20 years in the automobile business. I contacted KLM and spoke with a service advisor named Louis. I explained my situation to Louis and felt comfortable after our first conversation. Not only did KLM save me over $2500, but Louis was professional and courteous through out the entire process.. He understood my concerns and made me feel like I could trust him with my daughters safety. Car is running great, my daughter is happy and KLM will have a repeat customer. Louis deserves praise from his employers. They are lucky to have him!
